Hi Paul,

The bar looks fantastic and everyone comments on it, it’s the signature piece in our outdoor space.  Thanks for all your help throughout the process, before I spoke to you I didn’t even consider a wood bar top as practical for upstate New York.

Thanks,

Custom American Walnut Bar Top.

I received my order for a 12′ oak bar rail that was cut in half and when I unpacked it, I noticed the ends were not biscuit cut as listed. I sent an email with my concern and Paul called me on a Saturday. I had not unwrapped the ends completely, they go the extra mile in their packaging and shipping and place small cut ends on the ends to protect them during shipping and yes, the two ends were cut for a biscuit joint with a biscuit included. Great quality product, quick shipping and super customer service. If you are building a bar, you need to order your parts from Hardwoods Incorporated – you won’t be disappointed!!
