Good morning Paul;  I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your staff for my recent order. The BR 475 bar rail arrived on the date proposed and in excellent condition. Your packaging was the best I have experienced leaving no opportunity for damage in transit. The quality workmanship on the bar rails is outstanding. On a customer satisfaction index of one to ten you certainly deserve a ten. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism, it is a pleasure doing business with you.
