Absolutely beautiful product that came ready to assemble.

However, what was more important to me, as a DYI weekend warrior, was the outstanding customer service on the back end that Paul and his team provided. From the time he spent on the phone to the excellent documentation that came with the bar kit and YouTube videos. They made my first bar a breeze.
