BR550 Maple Chicago Bar Rail Molding

Very nice bar rail. I ordered an 8’10” and a 7′. When I got them 4 days later the 7′ one was a beautiful tiger maple piece. Unfortunately the longer one was just normal maple which is what I had ordered. I emailed to let them know that bar rail wasn’t going to work for me and they asked for some pictures and agreed. A few days later I had my replacement which was a great match. I wasn’t in a rush so it didn’t cause me any problems. They took care of the issue promptly and without hesitation. Excellent customer service.
