I used these rails for my basement bar. It was the first time I’d installed a bar rail but I really liked the professional look of them so I wanted to give it a try. I was a little hesitant buying the “character grade” but with the free shipping, it was hard to pass up. The rails arrived quickly and were packaged well. Yes, the rails had a few small knots in them but it did give it character (as the grade implied). The rails were easy to work with and I think the final look turned out great.
