I received the order and it was perfect!

I had placed an order for a bar rail consisting of an 8′ piece and a 4′ piece. The 4′ piece should have been a 6′ piece (my error). I caught the error the next day when I received a confirmation email regarding my order. I called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Paul and explained my dilemma. He immediately corrected the error and assured me that my order would be correct when it arrived. I received the order and it was perfect! I wish all business provide the customer service that your company has provided. Thank you again for everything.
