Payment Options:
- Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.
Shipping:
- No international shipping.
- Call for shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- An order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of the day
the order was placed.
In-store Return Policy:
- No returns, no exceptions for in-store purchases.
Online Return Policy:
- No returns on milled and cut lumber.
- No merchandise will be accepted for return that has been altered in any
way, such as: cut, turned, surfaced, stained, and or damaged.
- You must call for a return authorization.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned orders.
- A 3% fee will be charged on all credit card credits (refunds given on
returned merchandise).
- Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
- All damage claims must be made directly to the shipping company.
