21. I already have a bar with square corners. Can I modify my bar and add a curved edge?

Yes! Please see our video below on modifying an existing square bar top.

This video is intended to demonstrate in general terms one method of preparing am existing bar top for installation of our bar rail radius corners. In this case, we are using our BR475-S -6” 90 degree radius. The tools required for this are a router, a flush cut router bit with the bearing on top, jig saw, sander, drill and drill bits, 1-1/4” wood screws and woodworkers glue.

The entire process was smooth and professional. We love our new basement bar. All of the pieces were custom made for our contractor to assemble and finish.. The red oak looks incredible. I highly recommend Hardwoods Incorporated.

Bar Rail and corner was shipped as expected and within the holiday scramble!! Customer service was great and very helpful on the shipping info. I was impressed how easy it was to install, I m no wood worker…. following the steps within the Hardwoods site and it all seemed to fit together nicely. not sure if your supposed to but i did use a Kreg tool to pull the joints together worked great for me… Stained and after 5-6 coats of Poly looks pretty good. I hope to do an out side bar this summer and will be purchasing again.
